Book the private day from Paris

If the coast is why you came to France, take the train to Bayeux and book a day there. You will get four more hours on the beaches for a lower fare — getting there has the times.
If you are travelling with young children, sixteen hours in a vehicle is nobody’s good day. The shorter days from Bayeux or the five-hour Giverny run are the humane options.
If your dates might move, avoid the rail-inclusive day, which cannot be changed once the seats are issued.
