Questions about a booking go to the operator who runs it, because they hold the reservation and the pickup list. Questions about the cemetery or the abbey go to the bodies that run them. Everything else can come to us.
About a tour you have booked
Your confirmation email comes from the operator and carries their reservations number. They are the ones who can move a pickup, change a date or answer a question about a dietary requirement. On the rail-inclusive day from Paris the operator also needs the names of everybody travelling after you book, because the train seats are issued individually.

About this site
We bring together the guided departures that go to this coast and set out what each one covers. We are not the American Battle Monuments Commission, not the Centre des monuments nationaux, not a museum and not a tour operator, which is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure. If you spot something on these pages that is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will check it against the source.
